4. Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

Send counter-notifications to the same designated email address. We may restore the material as the law permits after receiving a valid counter-notice.

In appropriate circumstances, we disable or terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers, assessed case by case based on the number and nature of valid notices received.
